Cohort Systems Inc. Completes Acquisition of Frontline Robotics and White Box Robotics
Cohort Systems Inc. has completed the acquisition of Frontline Robotics Inc. and WhiteBox Robotics Inc. Frontline Robotics Inc. was formed in 2001 and was an early developer of technology for Unmanned Ground Vehicles intended for the perimeter security of critical infrastructure. WhiteBox Robotics Inc. was a company created to develop a standard indoor security and surveillance product, generically called the PC-Bot which was sold in a variety of configurations to 16 countries. The PC-Bot and its variants have been discontinued.
