NATO Industrial Advisory Group Meeting at Northrup Grumman Space Park

This May 3rd to May 6th Cohort Systems will be attending the NATO Industrial Advisory Group (NIAG) SG.202 meeting hosted by Northrup Grumman Space Technology at Space Park in Redondo Beach California.  The purpose of Study Group (SG) 202 is the Development of a Conceptual Data Model for Multi-Domain Unmanned Platform Control System Services.  Cohort is participating in this activity because the company believes that modern physical security challenges are best addressed with a multi-domain solution; and a crucial component of this solution will be a Multi-Domain Control Station for UxV control.

ESI Toronto and Cohort Partner to Bid Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) for EOD and IEDD Operations in Mali

Engineering Services Inc. Toronto and Cohort have agreed to submit a response United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) invitation to submit a bid for the Supply, Operations and Maintenance of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) for Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Improvised Explosive Device Disposal (IEDD) in Mali.  The bid is in response to ITB Ref No: 95739_ITB_MLI_ROVs_16_139 for the supply of 14 medium sized ROVs and 1 small ROV.

Fort Benning Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE) Industry Day

Cohort Systems has been invited to attend the Fort Benning Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE) Industry Day in Columbus Georgia.  This event will take place on April 13th at the Columbus Trade Center in Columbus Georgia.   Located at Ft. Benning, Georgia, the MCOE is the U.S. Army’s testing ground for future technologies that will aid the Infantry, Stryker, and Armored Brigade Combat Teams.  The objective the event is for the US Army to convey its requirements to industry suppliers.

Cohort Renews Membership in the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries

The Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI) is an independent, federally incorporated, educational, scientific, engineering, and research organization with its headquarters in Ottawa. CADSI is a not-for-profit national business association that represents more than 1,000 member companies selling to the defence and public security markets.  Cohort has renewed its membership and will be actively participating with the organization.  Additional information about CADSI can be found at www.defenceandsecurity.ca.

Cohort Accepted as Supplier to the United Nations Global Market Place

Cohort Systems Inc. has been accepted as a supplier to the United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM).  The UN represents a $15Billion US market much of which is for specialized goods to provide security in that same geographic markets that Cohort has been developing for its products.  The UNGM is a portal to many independent UN purchasing agencies.  Through this portal Cohort has recently replied to an RFI for supply of an EOD Robot for de-mining in Mali.
